Wordpress.com and Blogger.com (blogs are a little time-consuming but really worth the effort for the attention you can get). The way to make a blog work for you is to make certain you also post on other people's blogs. That's the only way you can traffic back to yours. If you just put something up and do nothing else, you'll get no visitors. "If you build it, they will come" doesn't apply to your blog or your website.
